Memories in LEGO®: When the Past Unravels

Today, I want to share a special moment that all of us LEGO® fans eventually face. It's the story of an old piece that is no longer what it used to be. It has been used countless times, and time has left its marks. It seems to have lost the ability to fit perfectly with the others.

But what to do with it? That's the question I've been asking myself. When I took this piece and tried to use it, a feeling that something had changed overwhelmed me. I didn't have the courage to simply discard it or set it aside. After all, this little piece has a special history.

I remember when I acquired it, back in my childhood or adolescence. It was an amazing piece at the time, just like all the others I have. They all fit perfectly, creating worlds of imagination and fun. But now, it stands out not because of its perfect fit but because of the story it carries.

Sometimes, things change, they wear with time, but the sentimental value endures. This piece, even though it's not the same anymore, is still special to me. It reminds me of all the wonderful moments I spent building and playing with LEGO® over the years.

So, even if it doesn't fit like it used to, it will remain in my LEGO® collection as a witness of the past, a reminder that time moves on, but memories endure. Who knows, maybe one day I'll find a new purpose for it, a way to continue being a part of my creations.
